An elegant and sophisticated development set within the National Forest, Oak Tree Gardens in Donnington le Heath offers its residents the best of both worlds – peace, quiet and open countryside as well as being just minutes from schools and an excellent transport network.
The Oak Tree Gardens development by Bloor Homes provided a tough challenge for Smartroof with its complex roof designs. Combination plots required Smartroof’s design team to utilise Wyckham Blackwell Valley Sets and Box Girders within their ‘room in roof’ system.
In total Smartroof supplied ‘room in roof’ systems for 12 plots. It took 2 days to install 2 plots compared to a 2 week installation time using traditional methods of roof construction.
With Smartroof’s ‘room in roof’ system we have been able to reduce build time and negate the need to manage multiple deliveries and trades onsite due to the system being supplied complete with roof windows and dormers. The service offered by their design and installation team is excellent.
