From the moment you get in touch, we follow a strict process to ensure that all of your project requirements are met and that the Smartroof system we supply to you is finished to the highest standard. A dedicated and experienced Smartroof account manager will work closely with you through the entire process, keeping you informed at all stages and ensuring we deliver exactly what you have specified.

Before Smartroof product can be manufactured, full design approval is required

4 weeks before delivery

Pre-installation Site Visit
Within 48hrs of an agreed install date to ensure plot formation is ready for Smartroof installation

3 hours per roof (Smartroof App Quality Control sign-off). Installed by a fully trained install team
