What is your favourite thing?
Seeing Liverpool 22 points ahead in the premier league after waiting 30 years since we last won the league.
What would you like to do one day?
To play a competitive ice hockey match with my son.

Kevin was appointed Managing Director in November 2019, and has brought a wealth of experience to our senior team. With his knowledge of construction and management techniques he will further enhance and support the growth and aspirations of the company, whilst demonstrating the core values of safety, innovation, fun, quality, technical expertise and commitment.

Ian Dean

What is your favourite thing?
Rainy Saturday mornings.
What would you like to do one day?
Build a house next to the sea.

Ian brings valuable experience in many areas of construction both onsite and offsite, beginning his career as subcontractor before progressing into site management and finally operations management. Our operations performance is enhanced by Ian’s ability to oversee the daily activity of the team, managing workloads in order to meet goals and deadlines. He is responsible for developing plans to increase efficiency and reduce costs, and also for improving existing systems and policies.

Ben Potts

What is your favourite thing?
Watching my local football team, running and playing golf with my son. Who regularly beats me even though I taught him how to play.
What would you like to do one day?
I would like to open a surf school in Cornwall, but need to learn how to swim first.

Ben is a seasoned accountant who began his career long before the internet, Google, Just Eat and Facebook had been invented. He has worked in the roofing industry since 2003 and prides himself on designing and implementing management systems that deliver accurate information and enable senior management to keep an eye on the key performance indicators in the business.
