An exclusive edge of town development in Market Harborough, Wellington Place is nestled in beautiful rural surroundings where residents can take advantage of the scenic walking and cycle paths throughout the historic market town. It is the perfect location for commuters as it has the added benefit of incredible transport links to London.
William Davis’ bespoke large detached house design featured an intricate cornice detail and Smartroof was challenged to incorporate this cornice into the Smartroof ‘room in roof’ system.
This development provided Smartroof with the perfect opportunity to showcase one of the largest roofs they have manufactured and supplied. The eaves to ridge system was supplied complete with enhanced U-values to both the roof cassettes and gable spandrel panels. The system was a complete package supplied with IG Elements GRP Dormers and Keylite Roof Windows.
We have been able to reduce build times and lock in cost certainty by collaborating with Smartroof on the manufacture and supply of a panelised roof system for our large standalone detached plots.
